SLNconnect Partners with Google and ThriveHive to Help Local Businesses Flourish
SLNconnect’s Grader, CustomerConnect, and CustomerConnect + Consulting make powering and managing local brands online easy, fast, and effective.
Cleveland, Ohio (May 23, 2019) — SLNconnect, in partnership with Google and ThriveHive, announces new offerings to NOACC Chambers at their Spring meeting — Andrew Heiderscheit, Google IT Product Manager, there to present.
With today’s local businesses facing more competition than ever, the ability to manage a storefront while simultaneously creating and managing an online presence is essential to success. However, many local businesses don’t have the manpower, the knowledge, or the funds to oversee these critical duties.
“For five years, SLNconnect has been providing incredible technology to our Chambers and their members, according to Cindy Holzheimer, Executive Director of NOACC. “They are constantly innovating to help our members keep up. We’re so excited to be the first to benefit from these new services and partnerships.”
The new offering rolls out in August and starts with Grader. At no cost, users simply enter their business email to receive immediate, extensive insight on how their business measures up on Google, which controls over 88% of the nation’s search traffic.
After receiving their Grader score, businesses can opt to use CustomerConnect ($20 per month), an all-inclusive brand platform that serves as a virtual marketing manager for small businesses. CustomerConnect not only teaches organizations how to optimize their Google profiles, it also serves up information, suggestions, reviews, comments, and actionable advice via a real-time feed from Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Yelp. Local businesses seeking further assistance can engage ThriveHive experts to receive monthly coaching, personalized support, and content creation assistance ($99 per month).
“We’re excited to introduce these new offerings in our home state of Ohio, where there is such a tremendous opportunity for local businesses,” explains Keith Latore, CEO of SLNconnect. “Our partnership with NOACC ensures that our hometown businesses, no matter how tech savvy, are empowered to grow online and drive sales.”
“Small businesses are so challenging to reach, but SLNconnect cracked the code and has become a leader in the small business marketing space, says Sean Marrerlo, Strategic Project Manager at ThriveHive. “We’re excited to work with SLNconnect’s Chamber partners and members to deliver first class technology, guidance, and support at a very manageable cost.”
Roll-out begins in August, 2019 to all NOACC chambers and members. If you are not yet a member of your local chamber and would like access to SLNconnect, please visit noacc.org.
